Condi Rice Does Not Have to Answer to A Subpoena

The past 2 days have been full of "surprises." The Secretary of State is in line with the rest of the Bush "Administration." Apparently she is above the law and does not feel that she has to answer to a subpoena. Subpoena be damned. Wonder what would happen if a regular Joe decided they did not have to comply with a subpoena-water boarding anyone.
