Congress to Probe Incompetent Handling of Katrina

This is just another example of the incompetency and incompassionate that is this White House "administration." So while people were dying, in need of medical assistance, financial assistance, while cities need to be rebuilt pride and bureaucracy delayed or destroyed it.
